Lenticular cloud is a topographical cloud. UFO-shaped clouds occasionally appear on the top of the mountain. The middle part of the cloud is thicker and the edge is thinner. It looks like a pod or almond. It is called "lens cloud". When the airflow cross over the mountain and produces waves-like disturbances and lenticular clouds will form.
